Physical chemical, sensory and microbiological analyzes are carried out in our quality unit. In the final product analyses, structure, length, defect, frying tests and controls such as oil, salt, coating, brix, ph etc. are carried out in the process hourly. Necessary analyses are carried out in the microbiology laboratory in accordance with the legislation.
